• Standard production time: Approximately 7-12 business days

• This timeframe begins after order confirmation and payment.

• Some complex designs or customized items may require longer; we will confirm the exact delivery date with you after accepting your order.

Some of our items are handmade. Therefore, minor handcrafted marks may appear, such as:

• Slight differences in size or color

• Stitching between the outer and inner layers (silicone outer layer)

• Texture from the molding process.

These characteristics are not flaws, but rather the unique warmth and soul of handmade products. We strive to maintain high quality, but if you have extremely high standards for perfection, or are accustomed to the flawless standards of mechanized production, we suggest you carefully consider your order before placing it, or message us to confirm the details!
